We are searching for a Data Analytics Specialist (Sr Executive) for a Digital media company based in Delhi.

Role & responsibilities :

Develop dashboards and business performance reports for leadership.
Analyse revenue, user, content and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
Build KPI frameworks and monitor business performance across teams.
Partner with Business, Finance, Product, Revenue, Marketing and HR to solve business problems using data.
Conduct deep-dive analyses, forecasting, and trend identification to support strategic initiatives.
Automate reporting and improve data governance and reporting efficiency.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy or Consulting.
Candidates from leading consulting firms or high-growth digital, media or consumer internet companies preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in translating data into business decisions.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI/Tableau; Python is an added advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Bachelors degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field; MBA from a premier institute is preferred.
