Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer

Location: 5 Days Onsite in Bengaluru

Day to day

• Build and enhance data products and features in response to customer feature requests.
• Design and deliver endtoend data projects, from requirements gathering through modelling, implementation, and rollout.
• Translate ambiguous business asks into wellstructured, scalable, and maintainable data assets.
• Build analytics dashboards quickly and effectively, partnering closely with users to understand requirements.
• Ensure dashboards are usable, responsive, and performant; iterate as user needs evolve.
• Optimise datasets powering reporting layers to balance speed, reliability, and cost.
• Monitor and resolve pipeline issues, keeping production data flows healthy.
• Optimise data flows and datasets to improve runtimes, reduce cost, and remove operational toil.
• Maintain clear documentation and runbooks for owned pipelines and datasets.

Must haves

• 3-6 years experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Strong data modelling capability and experience working with largescale datasets.
• Extensive SQL experience, including navigating large or legacy codebases.
• Handson experience with Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, including design, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery.
• Experience supporting analytics and reporting teams as a partner.
• Ability to optimise datasets and dashboards for performance and cost.
• Structured problemsolving mindset with ownership of underlying data logic.

Plusses

• Data scientist level thinking combined with strong analytics engineering execution.
• Experience owning endtoend delivery in environments with limited analyticsfocused resources.
• Financial services experience.
