Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to support project outcome areas
• Analyze large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders
• Translate raw data into clear, decision-ready reporting and visualizations for leadership and client review
• Collaborate with project, technical, and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection, structure, and reporting processes
Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in data analysis / data science, with hands-on experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions in large-scale IT engagements
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Strong general insurance business understanding, with the ability to apply this context to data modeling and analysis
• Domain knowledge relevant to the project's outcome areas, with demonstrated experience in similar engagements
• Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into meaningful insights and dashboards
• Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau) and statistical methods
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / ECE / EE / ECS / IT Engineering, or MCA, along with a relevant professional certification in Data Analysis or Data Science
