Job Description

Role: Data Analyst (Social Sector)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 3 Years


Job Description:


  • Develop and maintain data-centric MIS platforms, dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools), and reporting systems for real-time monitoring of social sector schemes and projects.

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze beneficiary-level and programme data received from multiple schemes, districts, and implementing agencies.

  • Support integration of data from various sources into centralized databases to enable consolidated reporting and decision-making.

  • Develop data visualization dashboards, performance indicators, and analytical reports for monitoring scheme implementation and outcomes.

  • Provide statistical and sampling support for social audits, field surveys, baseline, midline, endline, and impact assessment studies.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and validation by conducting regular data verification and quality assurance checks.

  • Assist in developing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, KPIs, and reporting formats to measure programme performance.

  • Coordinate with field teams, departmental officials, and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and strengthen reporting mechanisms.

  • Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports, analytical presentations, dashboards, and documentation for departmental, inter-departmental, senior management, and Government of India (GoI) reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Consultant with 1 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Development, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Business Intelligence, or Social Sector Analytics.

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or equivalent, with experience in analysis of social sector data, welfare schemes, and beneficiary databases from a recognized institute/university.Role & responsibilities
