Data Analyst (PowerBI)

• Develop, design, and deliver client-ready visualization dashboards using tools like PowerBI and MS Excel
• Analyze and interpret relevant pharma datasets such as Patient data and Rx data to generate meaningful insights
• Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, translating complex data into actionable business insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, attending key conferences and summarizing findings for clients and internal terms

• Experience: 1-2 years in data analysis or visualization, preferably within the bio-pharma industry
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI and MS Excel
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on pharma-relevant datasets, including patient and prescription data
• Visualization Expertise: Proven ability to develop client-ready dashboards and visualizations with minimal guidance
• Pharma Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategies and product launches
• Independent Working: Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage complete project deliverables
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to clearly convey complex data insights
