Job Description
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights to help organizations make informed decisions
- Translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Collect data from various sources (e.g., databases, PDFs, data warehouses)
- Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools and programming
- Visualize findings through charts, dashboards, or reports
- Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks
- Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or custom/OOTB solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving
- Strong experience with Databricks, Copilot
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience with LLMs or generative AI
