Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business reporting and data analysis activities. The candidate will work with MS Excel, SQL, and Python to generate insights, automate reports, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing export/import documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.
• Support senior staff in maintaining records of export and import transactions.
• Help ensure documents comply with customs regulations and trade policies.
• Assist with bank documentation including letters of credit (LC).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance work, including field visits to ports, customs offices, or warehouses when required.
• Perform basic documentation, data entry, and filing tasks.

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Basic to Intermediate SQL
• Basic to Intermediate Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Power BI or any visualization tool
• Exposure to data analysis projects or internships
