We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for generating insights, preparing reports, and helping improve operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

What youll do

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business teams
Analyze data trends to identify patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities
Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights
Prepare periodic reports on business performance and KPIs
Work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

What were looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering
8-10 years of experience in Data Analysis
Data Analysis & Interpretation
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)
SQL / Database Knowledge
Data Visualization Tools (Power BI / Tableau or similar)
Statistical Analysis
MIS Reporting
Business Understanding
