Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Power BI, Python, and Advanced Excel, with a strong ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop automation scripts and perform data manipulation using Python.
• Build models, reports, and metrics to support business decisions.
• Conduct data quality checks, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights.
• Present analytical findings to management in clear and concise formats.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, DAX, data modeling).
• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred).
• Expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
• Understanding of SQL databases will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Education Qualification

• Bachelors degree (B.Tech / BBA / BCA / B.Sc / MBA / M.Sc or related discipline).
