Position: Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. The ideal candidate will not only identify trends and patterns in complex datasets but will also take ownership of translating data insights into actionable strategies. A strong financial background is essential, as the role requires interpreting and working with financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
Proactively design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, product, and leadership) to align data insights with business goals.
Interpret financial documents and datasets to support risk assessment, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Take end-to-end ownership of analytics projects, from defining requirements to delivering insights and recommendations.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally in the financial services or insurance sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial documents (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, financial reports).
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
