Data Analyst

• Work with project managers and department heads to understand analytics needs and deliver timely insights
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Clean, prepare, and validate data sets for reliable analysis and reporting
• Leverage Excel for data wrangling, reporting, and dashboard creation, and use Python for deeper statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modelling.
• Build dashboards, charts, and reports that simplify data findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop and automate processes for data collection, integration, and reporting to improve efficiency
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for data handling and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with organizational goals
• Developing and delivering data insight presentations to support decision-making for the executive leadership team.
• Navigating a highly matrixed organization to commit to deliverables, due dates, and clear accountability for action follow up.

• Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• Proven ability to analyse, structure, and present large data sets with clarity
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations for decision-making
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Two or more years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
