Objectives

Expertise working in the Banking and Finance Industry with relevant hands-on experience on the Retail banking products. Understanding of the different product categories and knowledge of the Wealth products. End to end life cycle stages of customer journeys and related artifacts help create the overall view for the new structure. This work will be under the Data & AI enablement value stream supporting the Customer, Wealth, Regx and Other sub value streams.

Resourcing requirements

Resources to be assigned on T&M basis, fungible to work across the sub value streams as per the delivery requirement. The job descriptions/various role types are outlined in more detail in the following pages.

Domain Specialists:

Job Descriptions:

1. Closely work with Domain Managers and business requesters to understand the requirement.

2. Collaborate with global teams and market D&A teams to gather the requirements and create a backlog.

3. Deep dive at the data element level to create the quality source to target mapping.

4. Take accountability on the output validation and the UAT support.

5. Strong collaboration with Tech team, Project Manager and delivery lead.

Job Requirements

1. Sufficient understanding of data domain and a complete data life cycle.

2. In-Depth understanding of Banking products , Customer and product related metrics.

3. Experience in requirements Gathering, Data analysis, Data quality monitoring and Data lineage.

4. Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and leads.

5. Clear communication and presentation skills

6. Strong in SQL.

Additional Requirements:

Domain Specialist:

Relevant working knowledge in the retail banking domain, applicable set of products

Basic understanding of the product & customer life cycle stages

Hands on experience with SAS, Python, Altair, GCP, Looker, Power BI to understand and decrypt the STM mappings/derive the KPIs

Preferred to have Data & Analytics experience
