Data Analyst

Additional Responsibilities

• Support lightweight internal tooling, reporting views, query updates, and structured data outputs.
• Work with Python / Django-based Frameworks [DI1] where required.
• Write, amend, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
• Support basic reporting outputs, data extracts, and data quality analysis.
• Understand or work around DBT-based ETL processes underpinning the reporting layer.
• Make lightweight UI or workflow changes where required.
• Help automate or streamline recurring tracker refresh, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Document queries, data flows, tooling changes, and repeatable reporting processes.

Additional Skills Required

• Hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with Django or similar Python web framework.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Ability to work with structured data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of relational databases, data models, and ETL / ELT concepts.
• Ability to understand or work around DBT transformations.
• Ability to support lightweight UI changes and basic reporting outputs.
• Experience with Git, dashboards, Metabase, Databricks, Splunk, Power BI, REST APIs, HTML / CSS / JavaScript is desirable.

• Confirmed ownership, dependency, tagging, readiness, and compliance status.
• Validated OOS remediation plans and exemption evidence.
• Updated trackers, dashboards, reports, FAQs, and Confluence guidance.
• Reduced validation backlog and improved data quality.
• Clear risks, blockers, actions, decisions, handover notes, and escalation records.
