Key Result Areas and Activities:

Data Collection & Preparation:

Collect data from internal databases, spreadsheets, and external sources

Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure integrity and usability.

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

Apply statistical techniques to discover trends, patterns, and correlations

Provide actionable insights to guide business and operational strategies.

Reporting & Visualization:

Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau

Design visualizations that simplify complex datasets and highlight key findings.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs

Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Governance & Compliance Support:

Ensure data practices align with organizational standards and privacy regulations

Assist with documentation and support audits when necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

Propose enhancements to data systems and processes

Contribute to the development of automated reporting and data pipelines

Must To Have Skill Set

Experience in managing, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets.

Hands-on experience with data tools like Excel, SQL, Python (or R), and Pandas.

Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in technical and non-technical teams..

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Basics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with data cleaning and transformation using Python or Pandas

Clear written and verbal communication

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good To Have Skill Set

Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI

Exposure to business intelligence or reporting in a corporate setting

Basic knowledge of R or other statistical programming languages.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), ideally in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or

related field

Certifications in Basic SQL, Python, Data Visualization.
