Job Description

Create research reports and infographics across asset classes residential, office, retail, warehouses, loans etc.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Create research reports and infographics across asset classes residential, office, retail, warehouses, loans etc.
  • Secondary research to ensure all platforms are updated
  • Support client data requests across all asset classes
Skills Required
  • Candidate preferred from IPC industry
  • Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, SQL
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis
  • Sound knowledge of analyzing real estate data sets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
  • Gaining Database Understanding and extraction of data for analysis
  • Structured problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and a Willingness to learn
