- Develop data products, software applications, and data marts to collect, process, and analyze enterprise data
- Build algorithms and models to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights
- Design dashboards and user interfaces for data visualization and business reporting
- Validate and test data solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver business-ready data products
- Support Business Performance and Strategic Analytics initiatives
- Work closely with IT, architecture, and data platform teams to deploy scalable solutions
- Provide analytics support to retail, business, and wholesale banking teams
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data product development and data mart design
- Expertise in Python and SQL (experience with R, SAS, or Spark is a plus)
- Experience with machine learning, time series analysis, and optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with cloud data technologies (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable)
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong understanding of banking products (Retail, Business, and Wholesale preferred)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Cloud certification is an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with end-to-end data product deployment
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
- Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics
- Minimum of 3 years of banking data experience
- Experience deploying solutions across databases and cloud or server environments
- Exposure to APIs, web applications, and data integration frameworks
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments
