Data Analyst ( Google Exp Must)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in SQL, Python, PLX Scripts, PLX Workflows, PLX Dashboards, App Scripts, Advanced Google Sheets, and Looker Studio to join our team at Tech Mahindra. The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing complex data sets, developing interactive dashboards, optimizing ETL workflows, and leveraging Google's tech stack to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Insights

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify data needs and design analytical solutions.
• Support business operations by providing data-driven recommendations based on historical trends and statistical analysis.

SQL and PLX Development

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Design and manage PLX Scripts and PLX Workflows for streamlined data processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Looker Studio and Dashboard Development

• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio tailored to business needs.
• Build PLX Dashboards for advanced reporting and visualizations.
• Ensure data visualizations effectively communicate insights and key metrics.

ETL Pipeline Development

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to support data workflows.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes for scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows and data integration.

Google Sheets Integration and Automation

• Leverage Advanced Google Sheets and App Script for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Develop custom scripts to enhance functionality and automate workflows.

General

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Stay current on new tools and technologies within Googles tech stack to enhance analytics capabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PLX Scripts for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience in designing and managing PLX Workflows and PLX Dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Looker for dashboard creation and advanced reporting.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Expertise in Advanced Google Sheets and App Script for reporting and workflow automation.
• Experience in designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for scalable data processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Prior experience with Google tech stack, including SQL (PLX Scripts), PLX Workflows, PLX Dashboards, Advanced Google Sheets, and Looker, is required.
