DA/DS Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DA/DS Trainer 0-4 years of experience to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training programs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet business objectives.
• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for various audiences.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and staff members.

• At least 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
