D365 F&O Functional Consultant (P2P)

Purpose Key Missions

• Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS D356 F&O system, with focus on Finance and Purchasing
• Manage, address and resolve incident and requests tickets and ensuring timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Procurement.
• Delivering regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
• Assisting with systems integrations.
• Supporting ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 F&O by training key-users, participating actively in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance and Purchasing modules
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc )
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset.
• Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team.
