Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Email Security (Proofpoint/EOP) to manage day-to-day security operations across endpoints and email platforms.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
- Strong experience in Email Security Gateway (Proofpoint / EOP)
- Expertise in endpoint monitoring, onboarding & compliance reporting
- Experience in email quarantine management, block/allow lists
- Knowledge of incident response & security operations
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Security stack
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email security gateway operations (quarantine, blocking, policies)
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Ensure endpoint onboarding, health & compliance reporting
- Implement and manage Purview DLP & data classification policies
- Track and remediate vulnerabilities & compliance issues
- Support incident investigations & security operations
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution & escalations
Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP & Compliance)
- Knowledge of firewalls, Cisco ISE, networking
- Experience with BeyondTrust PAM
- Exposure to vulnerability management
