Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs (online/offline).
Conduct sessions on core areas such as:
o Network Security
o Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
o Cybersecurity Tools (Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, etc.)
o Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
o Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
o Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
Create training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Mentor learners and prepare them for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM).
Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Strong hands-on experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or related domains.
Certifications such as CEH, SOC, CHFI, WAPT (preferred).
Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Prior experience as a trainer or instructor will be an added advantage.
