Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver training on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, VAPT, and Information Security.
  • Conduct hands-on practical sessions using Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nessus.
  • Prepare and update training materials, lab exercises, assignments, and course content.
  • Guide students on real-time projects, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Conduct theory, practical, and viva assessments to evaluate student performance.
  • Mentor students on cybersecurity concepts, incident response, threat analysis, and security best practices.
  • Conduct technical mock interviews and prepare students for cybersecurity job roles.
  • Deliver interactive classroom and online training using real-world case studies and security labs.
  • Support students in preparing for certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CHFI, and OSCP.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, threats, and technologies.



Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Cyber Security Trainer, Technical Trainer, Ethical Hacking Trainer, or Information Security Trainer.
  • Technical Skills: Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Information Security, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing), Web Application Security, Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, OWASP Top 10, Linux, Windows Security, SIEM, and SOC fundamentals.
  • Training Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, mentoring, and student engagement skills with the ability to deliver hands-on practical sessions and real-world cybersecurity projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CEH, CompTIA Security+, CHFI, OSCP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Additional Requirements: Passion for teaching, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for students. Experience in conducting mock interviews and preparing students for industry certifications will be an added advantage.
