Cyber Security Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs.
• Conduct instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab sessions.
• Train participants on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced topics, including:
• Network Security
• Cloud Security
• Incident Response
• Proxy
• WAF
• Create training materials, presentations, assessments, and lab exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
• Keep course content updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance during hands-on exercises and capstone projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum and training quality.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 25+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security.
• Previous experience delivering technical training or conducting workshops is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
