• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants.
• Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certifications and expand knowledge.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to understand organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to coordinate training schedules and content.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvements.
