Job Description
- Embedded device and firmware security testing
- Hardware interface testing: UART, JTAG, SPI, IC, CAN, SWD
- Firmware extraction, reverse engineering, and vulnerability analysis
- Secure boot, OTA/update, authentication, and cryptography assessment
- IoT/automotive/consumer-device security testing
- Fuzzing and protocol analysis
- Tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binwalk, OpenOCD, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and hardware debugging equipment
- Vulnerability documentation, risk assessment, and remediation recommendations
- Knowledge of C/C++, ARM/MIPS architectures, Linux/RTOS, and common embedded attack techniques
