Job Title: Cyber Security Manager

Experience: 1012 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Cyber Security teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
• Oversee Security Operations, including Incident Detection, Incident Response, and SIEM monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST (mandatory).
• Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and security policies.
• Support Security Engineering activities, including security tools, controls, and automation.
• Manage team performance, workforce planning, coaching, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives while maintaining SLA and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10–12 years of Cyber Security experience.
• 3–5 years of people management experience, handling teams of 5–10 members.
• Strong experience in SOC Operations (Incident Detection, Incident Response, SIEM).
• Hands-on experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• HIPAA and HITRUST experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Security Engineering concepts, security tools, automation, and security controls.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.

Work Details:

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office) Hyderabad only no relocation case except vaild reason not there
