Job Description
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical discipline required.
Master s degree preferred (Information Security, Engineering, or Business).
Minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure/cloud engineering, or related technical security roles.
Minimum of 3+ years leading engineering teams or managing security engineering programs in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering security engineering capabilities across hybrid/cloud environments; manufacturing or industrial exposure strongly preferred.
Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, cloud security specialty, or equivalent).
