Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise security solutions including EDR/XDR, Email Security, WAF, and Endpoint Protection.
• Implement OEM solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Barracuda, Check Point, Seqrite, and other cybersecurity platforms.
• Configure and optimize security policies, threat prevention, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security best practices.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Perform security migrations, upgrades, health checks, and product tuning to enhance overall security posture.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide L1/L2 support while coordinating with OEM vendors.
• Prepare implementation documents, technical reports, SOPs, and customer handover documentation.
• Also comfortable with travel, if required.
Required Skills:-
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Barracuda, Check Point, Seqrite, or equivalent security solutions.
• Strong understanding of Endpoint Security, Email Security, WAF, EDR/XDR, SIEM, & Linux.
• Knowledge of malware, ransomware, phishing.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python) is an added advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
