Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office per Week)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to support and secure enterprise IT environments in a 24x7 operational environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Rapid7, Check Point, and Microsoft Defender, along with expertise in endpoint security, vulnerability management, threat detection and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 cybersecurity support for enterprise security operations.
• Administer and manage CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Rapid7, Check Point, and Microsoft Defender security solutions.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents using SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security compliance activities.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 security, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Configure and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device compliance.
• Perform patch management using SCCM, BigFix, or ManageEngine.
• Support backup and recovery solutions such as Barracuda or Veeam.
• Maintain security documentation, incident reports, and change records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve the organization's security posture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security Engineering or Security Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike , Zscaler, Rapid7, Check Point and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with SCCM, BigFix, or ManageEngine for patch management.
• Familiarity with Barracuda or Veeam backup solutions.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall technologies, and cloud security (Azure/AWS).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment.

Good to Have

• Microsoft SC-200/SC-300, Security+, CEH, Check Point, CrowdStrike, or Zscaler certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
