Cyber Security Engineer
POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a skilled CIAM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our SAP-CDC platform by implementing new features and options, while also ensuring that our customer identity management processes are efficient and user-friendly.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Solution Design: Create solution designs and implementation specifications tailored to customer needs.
  • Onboarding Sessions: Conduct onboarding sessions for implementation projects, guiding teams through the process.
  • Consulting: Provide expert consulting for web and mobile app development teams, ensuring seamless integration with our CIAM platform.
  • Implementation: Implement concepts on SAP-CDC, including data flows, extensions, webhooks, and more.
  • Screen Set Development: Customize and develop screen sets based on customer requirements.
  • Identity Migration: Manage the migration of customer identities to our platform.
  • UX Design: Design user experiences for CIAM processes that enhance usability and engagement.
  • Feature Tracking: Track and evaluate new features released for SAP-Customer Data Cloud, ensuring they meet user needs.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Technical Skills Required:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP-Customer Data Cloud, including the B2B module.
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC, Tokens, SCIM, Passkeys, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Entra.
  • Development experience in website development, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with AWS resources such as S3 buckets and CloudFront.
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint and PowerAutomate.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.
  • Strong project management skills to consult on various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills to showcase platform capabilities and solutions.
  • Design thinking skills to transform customer needs into effective solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
