Job Description
Should define security strategy for new projects (from scratch tool selection,
controls, approach)
Bring 1012 years of strong Security Operations + Architect experience
Must have maturity equivalent to Principal level (decision-making, ownership,
influence)
Operational Leadership (Key Differentiator)
Own and drive day-to-day security operations
Able to step in and solve L1 / L2 engineers’ issues
Provide practical, real-time troubleshooting guidance
Ensure smooth functioning of:
oVulnerability management
oIncident response support
oSecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security, IAM etc)
Architecture & Strategy
Define security approach for new applications / projects
Lead:
oThreat modelling
oSecure design reviews
oSecurity standards & frameworks
Align architecture with business + operational realities
Technical Depth Required
Strong in:
oEmail/WAF/ZTNA/Endpoint security
