Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study

or equivalent, relevant work experience

• 3+ years of experience in general IT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, relevant work experience

SSCP, Security+, Network+, A+ +C15, Okta Certified Professional , SailPoint Certified,

IdentityIQ Associate.

4+ years of experience in IAM Security Engineer working on OIDC oAuth, SAML, OKTA,

Sailpoint, AD or any Modern IDP & IGA.

The Cyber Security Analyst is a key member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team,

supporting secure and efficient IAM practices to protect Bread Financial's information assets. This role

will involve close collaboration with other Cyber Security disciplines, infrastructure, and operations teams

to ensure robust protection of the organization's information assets. The Analyst will support critical

lifecycle processes such as assisting with onboarding, transfers and offboarding, validating access

requests for compliance, and contributing to SOP development while promoting adherence to security
