We need profiles who have Development and Enhancement experience in Mainframe projects with hands on experience in CICS in recent 1 year. Majority of profiles shared have Mainframe support or Migration/Modernization experience and not hands on development in past 1 year.
Senior hands-on Mainframe Developer with 8-10 Years experience ( Ready to consider candidate with 6+ years(Handson CICS coding experience in recent project). However, the associate should be working in recent 3 months at least without any break in development/enhancement projects. )
Skillset Required(Mandatory)
Good skillset in Mainframe batch as well as online, Coding expertise and experience is a must
Cobol, JCL, MVS, DB2, CICS, Endeavour, GIT, IDZ
Added skillset(Preferred)
Familiarity with Agile Methodology
