Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls,  in Malayalam/Tamil/ Bengali/kannad language.
• Handle customer queries related to banking products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• Freshers are eligible for this role
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in speaking Malayalam language fluently.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and processes.
