Role: Voice Process
Shift Timing: Night shift
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Languages Required:
*English (Mandatory)
*Hindi ( Mandatory)
*Telugu
Salary Up to 15K in hand + Incentives
Benefits: Up to 2,000 Cab Allowance
Work Schedule:
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
