This is a manufacturing job, working with people and machines in shop floors. The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Leanworx Machine Monitoring System. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues, as well as assisting end-users with technical problems. The job is 75% online, and 25 % at customer sites.

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechantronics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

• Preferably at least 1 year of shop floor experience in Production / QC / PPC / Maintenance

• Ability to speak confidently.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to travel intra-city and inter-city.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Talking to CEOs and top management.
