Role & responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilizing Excel proficiency to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
  • Excellent Excel skills to analyze data and track customer service metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or related areas is a plus.
