Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls to promote Better Life Clinics services, including Dermatology, Aesthetics, Dental, Maternity packages, and Blood Tests.

Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients.

Effectively pitch the benefits of our services to meet the needs and preferences of individual clients.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients.

Utilize CRM software to update client information, record interactions, and schedule appointments.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new services offered by Better Life Clinic.

Requirements:

Excellent command over the English and Hindi language.

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles,preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Exceptional sales pitching abilities and persuasive communication techniques.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal oriented.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
