Customer Service Agent

Qualification:

• Freshers: Minimum of 12+ years of education in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or a recognized Aviation certification course (preferred).
• Experienced candidates: Prior work experience specifically in Travel, Tourism, or Aviation companies is preferred.
• Language skills: Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Work conditions: Flexibility to work in any shift, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
• Work Location: Bangalore and this is a work-from-office role only.
