Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Field Sales
Locations: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Drive local market development and sales promotion activities.
- Manage dealer, contractor, and distributor relationships.
- Expand network coverage and improve product placement.
- Coordinate with channel partners for business growth and commercial activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments.
- Promote range selling and improve product mix across assigned accounts.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- Fresher to 3yr of experience in Field Sales, Project Sales, Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, Consumer Durable Sales, Building Materials, Paints, or related sectors
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
