Customer Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality assurance of plastic injection molded products by conducting regular inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues related to product defects or non-conformities.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, including material selection, mold design, and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent customer handling skills with ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
