Customer Operations Intern

Roles & Responsibilities
Support Customer Operations and Client Handling for assigned Manufacturing Accounts
Assist in Customer Support, Client Servicing and Client Follow-up
Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Documentation
Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling

Eligibility & Internship Profile
Students or fresh graduates - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
Freshers and Interns can apply
Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS and Documentation preferred
Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills and interest in Client Servicing, Customer Operations and Market Trends
Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
