Job Description
- Should be able to handle the calls & customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and Compile reports on overall video survey
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve their queries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should have positive attitude and confidence
- Should have hands on experience in sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and promote a team environment
- Flexible for Sunday or rotational.

- Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, MSOffice
