Job Description
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues escalated by customers.
- Meet performance targets set for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO or similar industry (customer care).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong listening skills with attention to detail for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
