Job Description

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues escalated by customers.
  • Meet performance targets set for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO or similar industry (customer care).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong listening skills with attention to detail for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
