• Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
