Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments for different programs.
- Coordinate with patients via WhatsApp to guide and support them throughout their treatment journey.
- Motivate and ensure patients complete their sessions and progress through the overall program.
- Maintain records and follow up as required to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Average typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new processes.
