Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments for different programs.
  • Coordinate with patients via WhatsApp to guide and support them throughout their treatment journey.
  • Motivate and ensure patients complete their sessions and progress through the overall program.
  • Maintain records and follow up as required to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Average typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
