Role: Customer Service Associate – Chat Support
Job Overview:
Foundever is hiring Customer Service Associates for an international chat support process. The candidate should have good English communication skills, strong written communication, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through chat support.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility:
• HSC Passed and Above.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good written communication and comprehension skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Comfortable with a 247 shift window.
Work Schedule:
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• 9 Hours Working Shift
• 247 Shift Window
• Majorly Night Shifts
