Customer Care Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process collections from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products or services to existing customers.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Strong communication skills for handling international voice process calls.
• Proficiency in collections process knowledge is essential.
