We're hiring Customer Care Associates to join our growing team!

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 6 Months 1 Year
Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service (preferred)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Process traning will be provided
• Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Marathi will be an added advantage

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
