CUSTOMER Care ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Present and explain products or services to customers.

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

Plus 2 / Degree is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
